FAQ'S

What does 'Pet Sitting' entail?

Describes a service where we have access to your home to look after your dog/cat/small pets when you are away. Your pets can be left at home and be fed, watered and exercised regularly with the option of us staying in your property overnight(for dogs or large numbers of pets). Whilst in your home we will keep your property clean and tidy, just how you leave it.

Are you insured?

Yes. We are insured with Pet Plan Sanctuary for Pet Sitting, Dog Walking and Pet Taxi.

We are also DBS Checked.

Certificates for these can be provided upon request.

What are we qualified to do?

All Team Members have completed a canine/pet first aid course and those Dog Walking and dog sitting will have taken a course in Canine Behaviour for Dog Walkers and Pet Sitters.

If you are wanting behavioural advise or dog training please contact a specialist.

We are happy to recommend approved and qualified trainers and behaviourists, we may also suggest the need for veterinary attention if we see any behavioural patterns that are unusual.

What happens if my pet is injured or becomes ill?

We will always contact you and the nearest vet if it is an emergency.

We are trained in Pet/Canine First Aid (& CPR) but we will always endeavour to get your pet seen by a vet ASAP.

Any decisions that need to be made about your pets veterinary care will be discussed with you, where possible, prior to any treatment.

You can provide us with your farriers/vets/emergency contact details on your registration form.
